Talos.tools is a free, curated directory of CSS generators, self-hosted applications, and developer tools. Everything on the site is usable without an account, and there is no paid placement anywhere in the catalogue.
Entries are added on editorial judgement, not submission volume or payment. Comparisons are written from official documentation and changelogs, and we say so rather than implying hands-on testing we have not done. Where a page states a version, a licence, or a hardware requirement, it is sourced from the project's own documentation.
Software changes faster than directories do. If an entry is out of date or wrong, corrections are welcome and are applied to the entry rather than buried in a comment thread.
